Product Quality Guarantee and Disclaimer

To facilitate your understanding of our company and uphold our commitment to product quality responsibility, we hereby publish the printed product quality guarantee and disclaimer as follows:
After-Sales Service Timeliness
Please inspect the goods promptly upon receipt for any quality issues and submit an after-sales request within one month. After-sales requests submitted beyond one month will not be processed. Thank you for your understanding!
Color Deviation Issues
- Printing uses CMYK four-color offset printing. Please do not use RGB mode or spot colors when filling colors. Do not require printing colors based on screen or printed proof colors. When designing, please refer to color chart values for color fills. Otherwise, after-sales service will not be provided for resulting color deviations.
- We strictly adhere to the CMYK color values in the file for printing. However, for the same printed product with different order numbers or produced in different batches, a color deviation of around 10% is normal due to variations in temperature, humidity, and manual operations. Particularly for dark blue, dark green, dark purple, maroon, brown, coffee, and gray — these are considered risky colors. A color deviation of around 5% can be visually noticeable, especially for large solid areas and flat tints. During printing, issues like ink streaks, uneven printing, or color variations within a batch may occur and are unavoidable. After-sales service will not be provided for issues within this range.
Cutting Issues
There is a cutting tolerance of 2 millimeters. Design essential content at least 3 millimeters away from the finished edge (excluding bleed). Especially for designs with colored borders on all sides, uneven cutting may occur and be visually noticeable. Please inform the client in advance. After-sales service will not be provided for issues within this range.
Four-Color Black Text and QR Code Issues
Please design black text and QR codes as solid black (K100, CMY 0). For large-area black, use the color value (K100, C30, M0, Y0). Do not design with four-color black, as it may cause ink smearing and misregistration issues. After-sales service will not be provided if these instructions are not followed.
Filename and Remarks Issues
Order production is based on the selected printing specifications. Filenames and remark information are not used as references for production. Please ensure the correct paper and processes are selected when placing the order. Otherwise, after-sales service will not be provided for resulting losses.
Minor Scratch Issues
PVC cards require a lamination process to achieve glossy, matte, or satin finishes. The post-production involves multiple steps, and friction during transportation can cause minor scratches. Glossy materials do not conceal imperfections; minor scratches on glossy cards are unavoidable, and after-sales service will not be provided. If the client has high requirements, we recommend using matte or satin materials.
Missing Codes and Number Gaps
PVC card production involves many processes. Numbering has a 0.5% wastage rate, and machine numbering may occasionally skip numbers. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that numbers will be completely sequential and continuous. For missing codes, after-sales service will not be provided.
Material Variation Issues
PVC is a plastic product. Material thickness may vary by about 0.02mm between different batches, and color may slightly differ. These are normal phenomena; please inform the client in advance. When thickness exceeds 0.5mm, cards require lamination to be finished. Influenced by factors such as temperature, humidity, surface material, and core material thickness tolerance, cards may have slight unevenness. This is unavoidable, and after-sales service will not be provided. Due to the special properties of the material, the finished product is not guaranteed to be suitable for secondary overprinting. After-sales service will not be provided for such issues.
Regarding Sunlight Resistance
PVC specialty cards are printed using CMYK four-color offset printing, resulting in a relatively thin ink layer. Ultraviolet (UV) rays or rainwater can damage ink stability. Fading will occur faster under strong UV light or frequent rain. If the client requires color sunfastness, we recommend selecting sunlight-resistant ink when placing the order. The sunlight-resistant ink we use has a grade 6 sunfastness rating, and its effectiveness generally lasts 1-3 months.
Regarding Environmental Testing
The following materials require core material lamination and currently do not support environmental testing: 0.32mm matte standard material, 0.76mm glossy new material, 0.76mm matte new material, 0.76mm satin new material, 1mm glossy new material, 1mm matte new material, 1mm satin new material. If the client has high requirements and needs to meet environmental testing standards, please consult our staff separately for calculation and arrangement.
Regarding Ink Smearing Issues
PVC production involves many processes, and there is a certain probability of slight surface dust or ink smearing, especially with glossy materials. For high-demand dark or solid-color cards, achieving zero defects is currently not possible. We recommend informing your client of this situation in advance and合理安排 material and order planning accordingly.

Product Process
PRODUCT PROCESS
Frosted Card
Frosted texture, granular feel to the touch, scratch-resistant.

Adhesive Backing:
Commonly, single-sided printing and single-sided adhesive pasting are done. It can also be double-sided printing and single-sided adhesive backing. For cards with double-sided printing and adhesive backing, it is recommended to use 0.76mm thickness for better results. The adhesive is strong, waterproof and oil-resistant, and is often used for table stickers, sliding stickers, sign reminders, etc. The adhesive backing is recommended to be pasted in a clean and dirt-free environment. Because PVC itself has certain toughness, it is recommended to paste it on a smooth, flat and non-bending pasting object.
Bending:
PVC is bent into the required angle by heating and then cooled and formed. After heating, it can be bent into an L shape. Commonly used bending angles: 75 degrees/80 degrees (used more for price promotion labels) or 90 degrees (used more for wine box inner cards and wine labels).
Punching:
Commonly made round holes 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, flat holes 15×3mm, the minimum hole is 3mm. If the customer needs other sizes of holes, please indicate the size in the order file. Note that the hole size can only be an integer mm, such as 4mm, and there is no additional cost for punching. Because the hole is small and the PVC card has great toughness, the waste edge cannot be cut off by die-cutting pressure. The shipment defaults to no waste removal, please be aware.
Sunscreen Ink:
If the card is used outdoors, it is recommended to use sunscreen ink for better results.
Notes
PRECAUTIONS
- Size Design:
If the product is non-rectangular, a die line needs to be designed, and 3mm bleed should be added to each side. After bleeding, the content should be at least 6mm away from the edge. If punching holes, the hole positions should also be at least 6mm away from the edge and at least 3mm away from the surrounding text. - 2. Color Control:
The production file needs to be in CMYK color mode, and spot color printing is not supported. Color adjustment design can be referred to the color spectrum. There will be a color difference of about 10%-15% for default combined printing. For black background, it is recommended to design as C30 M0 Y0 K100 or single black, and for gray background, design single gray. It is not recommended to design large areas of overly dark colors. The sum of CMYK should be less than 260 to avoid multi-color blocking or color deviation. - Common File Issues:
Vector tracing (CDR/AI), PS, JPG (resolution greater than 500) files. Vector text is recommended to be above size 5, JPG format is recommended to be above size 6, black text must be designed as single black, QR code is designed to be above 2CM, single black. When the single side size is less than 80mm, the finished product is prone to interface or die-cutting errors. Please inform the customer in advance according to the customer's situation! - Self-service Ordering:
Please be sure to determine the quantity, material, and post-processing requirements before uploading. If the front and back of the file are the same, please submit the back file together. If the back of multiple styles of files is the same, only one back file can be placed, and the back file is named as same back. Place the front and back of the file left and right. If double-sided printing and single-sided adhesive are required, please select the side that needs adhesive and mark it clearly in the file.
PVC Category - PVC Business Card Ordering Instructions
Dear Customer:
PVC business cards are processed automatically. To improve efficiency for both of us, please abide by the following rules!
I. Design Size Standards
When producing PVC business cards, 1.5mm needs to be cut off from each side. Please refer to the following design rules:
- 01. Design size 88.5×57mm right angle, important content 4mm away from the edge.
- If there are color bars or borders around, the width of the color bars or borders cannot be less than 4mm.
II. JPG Format Placement Standards
If multiple products have the same quantity and material, they can be ordered together. The naming rules for multiple products: Zhang San front, Zhang San back, Li Si front, Li Si back, etc.
- One file for the front and one for the back. The naming rules for multiple products: Zhang San front, Zhang San back, Li Si front, Li Si back, etc.;
- If both sides are the same, copy one file;
- If there is a common side, name the file as common front (back) side.
III. CDR Format Placement Standards
- Single business card files are placed side by side, with an interval distance (more than 5mm) in the middle;
- For multiple business cards, on the basis of placing single business cards side by side, arrange them downward to form a vertical column;
- The two sides being the same require duplicating one side;
- Try not to place content unrelated to the file outside the finished product.
IV. PDF Format Arrangement Standards
For PDF format, please establish pages in the order of odd pages as the front and even pages as the back. For example: page 1 is front of page 1, page 2 is back of page 1, page 3 is front of page 2, page 4 is back of page 2.... and so on.
V. Design Warm Tips
- Black and Gray
- a. Black text:
For AI/PDF/CDR files: The color value of black text is C0 M0 Y0 K100,
For JPG files: The color value of black text is C0 M0 Y0 K100, the blending mode is multiply without stroke color, and if there is a stroke color, the blending mode is normal. - b. Large area of black background: C0 M0 Y0 K100, if you want it to be darker, it is recommended to use the color value C30 M0 Y0 K100;
- c. Monochromatic gray design for gray text and gray background, C0 M0 Y0 K (8-90).
- a. Black text:
- QR Code
The QR code is printed directly according to your designed file without post-processing. The QR code is recommended to be designed in single black and the size should be ≥14mm. If your QR code is too small or in four colors, it may not be scanned.
The following are the steps to change the QR code from four colors to single black in PSD software:
Open the QR code with PSD → Edit → Convert to Profile → Destination Space, select "Custom CMYK" for the profile, no other changes, click OK, click OK in the pop-up window → Custom CMYK, select "Maximum" for black plate generation, enter "400" in the ink total limit, click OK → Check in the information panel whether the QR code is single black. (The following is the specific setting, for reference, you can set it as an action for easy operation next time)
03. Dangerous Colors and Design Color Notes

- The above picture lists some dangerous colors. When printing these colors, ink streaks will occur and the color difference will be obvious. These problems are phenomena that are difficult to avoid in printing. In order to ensure that you can deliver normally, please inform the customer in advance. It is recommended that the sum of CMYK four colors be ≤ 250 for the color.
- If the individual color values of the four colors CMK on PVC are more than 8, if the color is too light, it will cause the color to be too light and the color will not be printed out.
- Please design the color as CMYK four colors. Do not design spot colors and RGB colors. If the color of your file is not CMYK color, there will be changes if we directly change the color.
- Some common color recommended color values:
- Yellow series: C=0. If you want the color to be dark, you can add K to darken the color. If the yellow series in your file contains C cyan, the color will be greenish and dark. For example: C0 M30 Y90 K10
- Blue: It is recommended that the M color value <80. For example: C100 M70 Y0 K0
- Purple: It is recommended that the C color value <75. For example: C70 M100 Y0 K0
- Dark red: C=0, K≤60. For example: C0 M100 Y100 K30
- Dark green: M=0, K≤60. For example: C100 M0 Y100 K40
- Dark blue: Y=0, K≤50. For example: C100 M75 Y0 K40
- Dark purple: Y=0, K≤50. For example: C60 M100 Y0 K40
- Coffee color: Do not have all four CMYK colors. For example: C0 M80 Y100 K60
04. In order to ensure the printing effect, it is recommended that the file be sent as a vector file (CDR/AI), JPG (JPG image with a resolution of more than 500).
