In order to facilitate your understanding of our company and to uphold the attitude of being responsible for product quality, the quality assurance and disclaimers of printed products are hereby announced as follows:
After-sales Timeliness
Please check in time for any quality problems after receiving the goods and submit after-sales for handling within one month. After-sales beyond 1 month will not be handled. Thank you for your understanding!
Color Difference Issues
- Printing is CMYK four-color offset printing. Please do not use RGB mode or spot colors when filling colors. Do not require printing colors based on screen or print稿 colors. Be sure to refer to the color spectrum colors for filling colors during design. Otherwise, color differences will not be handled after-sales.
- We will strictly print according to the CMYK color value standards in the file. However, for the same printed products with different order numbers and different batches, due to different temperatures, humidities, and manual operations, color differences of about 10% are normal. Especially for dark blue, dark green, dark purple, maroon, brown, coffee, gray which are dangerous colors, color differences of about 5% will be relatively obvious visually, especially for some large-area solid and flat screens, it is very easy to have ink streaks, uneven printing, multi-color in one batch during printing. This phenomenon cannot be avoided, and after-sales within this range will not be handled.
Cutting Issues
There is a 2 mm error in cutting. The effective content design should be at least 2 mm away from the finished product edge (excluding bleeds). Especially for files with color bars and borders around, uneven cutting will occur and be relatively obvious visually. Please inform the customer in advance, and after-sales within this range will not be handled.
Four-color Black Characters and QR Code Issues
Black characters and QR codes should be designed as single black (K100, CMY are 0), and large-area black color value (K100, C30, M0, Y0). Please do not design four-color black. Four-color black will have the problems of smudging and misregistration. After-sales will not be handled if not operated according to this situation.
File Name and Remarks Issues
The selected printing requirements for order production shall prevail. File names and remarks information are not used as reference for production information. Please be sure to select the corresponding paper and process when placing an order. Otherwise, losses will not be处理售后。
Slight Scratch Issues
PVC cards need lamination process to achieve glossy, frosted, and matte effects. There are many post-production processes and friction during transportation, which are easy to cause slight scratches. Glossy materials do not cover up scratches, and slight scratches on glossy cards cannot be avoided. After-sales will not be handled. If the customer has higher requirements, it is recommended to use frosted or matte materials.
Out-of-sequence and Missing Numbers Issues
There are many production processes for PVC cards. There is a 0.5% loss in coding, and there may be occasional skip number situations in machine coding. Therefore, it cannot be guaranteed that the numbers will be completely continuous. After-sales will not be handled for out-of-sequence situations.
Material Difference Issues
PVC is a plastic product. The thickness of materials in different batches may have an error of about 2 silk, and the color may be slightly different, which is a normal phenomenon. Please inform the customer in advance. For glossy, frosted materials or those with a thickness greater than 0.38MM, the cards need to be laminated to be finished products. Affected by multiple factors such as temperature, humidity, fabric, and thickness error of Zhongke, the cards may have slight unevenness, which cannot be avoided. After-sales will not be handled. The material attribute is special, and the finished product is not guaranteed to be reprintable. After-sales will not be provided for such problems.
Signature Strip Issues
The signature strip is a machine-attached paper signature strip, which will have a position error of 1-2MM. There may be misalignment of multiple signature strips. Please inform the customer in advance. The material is relatively special, and it is not guaranteed that the written text will not be wiped off. Secondly, if it is manually buckled, it can be buckled open. After-sales will not be handled for such situations.
Use and Consumption
Due to the probability of out-of-sequence or defective cards, if the printed content includes amounts or tickets, vouchers, valuable cards, etc. that need to be purchased with money, please verify the accuracy of the card before use, and no joint losses will be borne.

Dark cards are more prone to scratches. For customers who need to do so, it is recommended to use matte or frosted materials for better results.
Product Process
PRODUCT PROCESS
It is recommended that the customer use his barcode scanner to scan the above 4 barcode graphics, and make the model corresponding to the barcode that can be scanned.
After the customer confirms the barcode model, provide the starting number of the number to place an order.
Note: The barcode model cannot be arbitrarily determined without scanning. If the barcode model does not match the machine, the made barcode will not work.
The 3-barcode is 13 digits, and the EAN-8 barcode is 8 digits. The last digit of these 2 barcodes is a randomly generated random code.
Precautions
PRECAUTIONS
- 1. Size Design:
The file order needs to be designed as 88.5*57MM, placed front and back, left and right. The desired text content needs to be at least 4mm away from the edge, and be sure to delete the unused finished lines. The file must be designed with right angles, and we will cut rounded corners for shipment. The fixed height of the magnetic stripe is 12.5mm, the fixed height of the barcode is 13mm. It is recommended to design a white block under the barcode for easy barcode recognition later. The file size must be designed according to the prompt. - 2. Color Grasp:
The production file needs to be in CMYK color mode, and spot color printing is not supported. Color adjustment design can be referred to the color spectrum. The default combined printing will have a color difference of about 10%-15%. The black background is recommended to be designed as C30 MO Y0 K100 or single black, and the gray background is designed as single gray. Secondly, it is not recommended to design a large area of excessively dark background. The sum of CMYK needs to be less than 260 to avoid multi - color or color cast. - 3. Common Problems of Files:
It is recommended to send vector files (CDR/AI), JPG (resolution greater than 500). Vector text is recommended to be above 5 - point, JPG format is recommended to be above 6 - point, black text must be designed as single black, QR code is recommended to be designed above 1.8CM, single black. There is usually a 1 - 2MM deviation in normal die - cutting. If the file has a border around it, please note to remind the customer of the die - cutting deviation problem. - 4. Member Information Setting:
The card is only a carrier to record the card number. The customer operates the member information by first recognizing or entering the card number into the customer's member management system, and then setting the corresponding member information in the customer's member software. So the real member information is stored in the customer's member management software, please be aware. - 5. Self - Service Order:
Please be sure to determine the quantity, material, and post - processing requirements before uploading. If the file is the same on both sides, please submit the reverse file together. If there are multiple magnetic stripe or barcode cards and they are used by one customer, it is recommended to make the code numbers have different starting numbers to avoid the subsequent inability to set the customer's member information.

Dear Customer:
PVC membership cards are processed automatically. To improve efficiency for both of us, please abide by the following rules!
I. Design Size Standards
When producing PVC membership cards, 1.5mm needs to be cut off from each side around. Please refer to the following design rules:
- Design size 88.5×57mm right angle, important content 4mm from the edge.
- If there are color bars or borders around, the width of the color bars or borders should not be less than 4mm.
- The magnetic stripe position can only be at the top or bottom of the card. When designing, leave a position of 20mm without important content to avoid the magnetic stripe covering important information.
- The coding should be at least 8mm from the edge. The code number on the file must be removed. We will produce it according to the position you choose when placing the order on the official website. If there are special coding requirements, you need to upload a coding schematic diagram, and we will give priority to producing according to the coding schematic diagram.
05. The height of the barcode is 13mm. According to the different length of the barcode, the required reserved position is also different. Please refer to the following table:

2. JPG Format Placement Standards
If multiple products have the same quantity and material, they can be ordered together. The naming rules for multiple products: Zhang San Front, Zhang San Back, Li Si Front, Li Si Back, etc.
- One file for the front and one for the back. The naming rules for multiple products: Zhang San Front, Zhang San Back, Li Si Front, Li Si Back, etc.;
- For double-sided items that are the same, copy one file;
- If there is a common side, name the file as Common Front (Back).
3. CDR Format Placement Standards
- Place single business card files side by side with an interval of more than 5mm between them;
- For multiple business cards, place them below the single business card files in a vertical column;
- For double-sided items that are the same, copy one side;
- Try not to place content unrelated to the file outside the finished product.
4. PDF Format Placement Standards
For PDF format, establish pages in the order that odd pages are the front and even pages are the back. For example: page 1 is 1 Front, page 2 is 1 Back, page 3 is 2 Front, page 4 is 2 Back, and so on.
5. Design Warm Tips
- Black and Gray
- a. Black text:
- AI/PDF/CDR files: Black text color value C0 M0 Y0 K100,
- JPG files: Black text color value C0 M0 Y0 K100, no stroke color mode multiply, if there is a stroke color mode normal.
- b. Large area black background: C0 M0 Y0 K100, if you want it darker, recommend color value C30 M0 Y0 K100;
- c. Gray text and gray background design single color gray, C0 M0 Y0 K (8-90).
- QR Code
The QR code will not be processed if it is printed directly according to your design. The QR code is recommended to be designed in single black with a size of at least 14mm. If your QR code is too small or in four colors, it may not be scanned.
To change a four-color QR code to single black, you can follow these steps in PSD software:
Open the QR code with PSD → Edit → Convert to Profile → Target Space, select "Custom CMYK" for the profile, do not change other settings and click OK, click OK in the pop-up window → Custom CMYK, select "Maximum" for Black Plate Generation, enter "400" in Ink Limit, click OK → Check in the Information panel if the QR code is single black. (The following is the specific setting, for reference, you can set it as an action for easy future operations)
03. Dangerous Colors and Design Color Notes

- The above lists some dangerous colors. These colors will cause ink streaks and obvious color differences during printing. These problems are difficult to avoid in printing. To ensure normal delivery, inform the customer in advance. It is recommended that the sum of CMYK four colors be ≤ 250.
- For PVC, if the individual color values of the CMK four colors are more than 8 and Y is more than 15, if the color is too light, it may not be printed.
- Design colors in CMYK four colors, do not design spot colors or RGB colors. If the colors in your file are not CMYK colors, changing the colors directly will cause changes.
- Some common color recommendations:
- Yellow series: C=0, if you want a darker color, add K to darken the color. If your file contains C in the yellow series, the color will be greenish or dull. For example: C0 M30 Y90 K10
- Blue: It is recommended that the M color value < 80. For example: C100 M70 Y0 K0
- Purple: It is recommended that the C color value < 75. For example: C70 M100 Y0 K0
- Dark red: C=0, K ≤ 60. For example: C0 M100 Y100 K30
- Dark green: M=0, K ≤ 60. For example: C100 M0 Y100 K40
- Dark blue: Y=0, K ≤ 50. For example: C100 M75 Y0 K40
- Dark purple: Y=0, K ≤ 50. For example: C60 M100 Y0 K40
- Coffee: Do not have all four CMYK colors. For example: C0 M80 Y100 K60
- Yellow series: C=0, if you want a darker color, add K to darken the color. If your file contains C in the yellow series, the color will be greenish or dull. For example: C0 M30 Y90 K10
04. To ensure printing quality, it is recommended to send vector files (CDR/AI) and JPG (JPG images with a resolution of more than 500).
