Process Introduction:
- Die Cutting:
Die cutting: Make the printing products into die cutting knife plates according to the pre-designed graphics and die cut them into various shapes, so that the shape of the printing products is no longer limited to straight edges and right angles. - Embossing:
Use a set of concave and convex templates with corresponding positive and negative graphics, place the substrate between them, and press with a large pressure to print a three-dimensional embossed pattern. Form a visual impact and increase the hand feel and appearance of the printed matter. - Hot Stamping Process:
It is a principle of hot pressing transfer, transferring the aluminum layer in the电化铝 (electro-holographic foil) to the surface of the substrate to form a special metal effect. Because the main material used for hot stamping is electro-holographic foil, it is also called electro-holographic foil stamping.
Common hot stamping colors: bright gold, matte gold, red gold, blue gold, black gold, green gold, bright silver, antique bronze gold, laser gold, laser silver.
- 4. Partial UV:
Apply partial UV varnish to the parts of the printed matter that need to be highlighted, so that the UV pattern is bright, beautiful, and has a strong three-dimensional effect.
Common UV thicknesses: thickened UV and frosted UV.
- 5. Embossing:
It is a technology that uses a mold with concave and convex patterns to deform the paper under a certain pressure and temperature to form a certain pattern, thereby performing artistic processing on the surface of the paper.
Common embossing patterns: coarse cloth pattern, fine cloth pattern, linen pattern, broken leather pattern, pear pattern, gold sand pattern.
