Design Tips
DESIGN TIPS
- The effective content of the design file must be at least 2mm away from the edge.
- Award content can be customized. When designing, the award content needs to be filled in and the quantity should be noted.
- The size of the silver coating is fixed. When measuring the distance between the measurement content and other content, it must be measured according to the maximum design size. Content exceeding the maximum design size will cause the award content to not cover.
- The content sprayed from variable data type scratch cards is UV black. Please try to avoid black or similar colors when designing to avoid unclear process due to color issues.
- The data provided for variable data scratch cards needs to be in a vertical column. Horizontal data cannot be recognized by the software.
- Commonly used WeChat payment codes/Alipay payment codes are 128 codes in barcodes.
- After designing the front and back of the seat ticket file, the specific data needs to be uploaded together with the printing file in EXCEL or TXT format. For several variable codes, make several columns of data. The data in the same position must be in a vertical column for the software to recognize. Horizontal data cannot be recognized by the software.
About Packaging
ABOUT PACKAGING
Each award of the lottery scratch card will be automatically packed separately, no special note is needed. For small quantities, pack a small bag first and then combine. Single awards with a size less than or equal to the business card size and a quantity below 2000 are packed in boxes, and those with 2000 sheets or more are packed in cartons; those larger than 9*5.4 cm are packed in packing paper.
