Folding bending
Bending:
Bend PVC into the required angle by heating, then cool and shape. After heating, it can be bent into an L shape. Commonly used bending angles: inclined 75 degrees/80 degrees (used more in price promotion signs) or 90 degrees (used more in wine box inner card wine signs).

I. Bending card design:
- The pricing and ordering of bending cards need to be based on the total unfolded size (including the size of the bending part). The commonly used bending angle is 80 degrees;
- The base size is generally recommended to be about one-third of the front height;

- Bending has deviations, do not bend to the content more than 3MM away from the bending line;
- Mark the bending position in the file, and the marked position should be consistent with the requirements of the official website;
- The effect of the white color around the bottom of the wine bottle is recommended. It is recommended that the finished product directly has a 3MM white edge, otherwise the bleed cannot be added. The effect of the finished product with a white edge is shown in Figure 2.

II. Size Design:
If the product is non-rectangular, a die line needs to be designed, and 3mm bleed should be added to each side. After adding bleed, the content should be at least 6mm away from the edge.
III. Color Control:
The production file needs to be in CMYK color mode, and spot color printing is not supported. Color adjustment design can be referred to the color spectrum. Default combined printing will have a color difference of about 10%-15%. The black background is recommended to be designed as C30 M0 Y0 K100 or single black, and the gray background is designed as single gray. It is not recommended to design a large area of too dark background. The sum of CMYK should be less than 260 to avoid multi-color or color cast on one card.
IV. Common Problems in Files:
Vector to curves (CDR/AI), PS, JPG (resolution greater than 500) files. Vector text is recommended to be above size 5, JPG format is recommended to be above size 6, black text must be designed as single black, QR code is designed to be above 2CM, single black. When the single side size is less than 80mm, the finished product is prone to interface or die-cutting errors. Please inform and remind the customer in advance according to the customer's situation!
PVC Category - PVC Bending Card Product Ordering Instructions
Dear Customer:
PVC bending cards are processed automatically. To improve efficiency for both of us, please abide by the following rules!
I. Bending Card Registration Standards
- The unfolded size of the bending card registration needs to include the base bending part;
- The bending height requires that the picture is 1/3 of the size, otherwise it will be unstable if too small;
- There is a 3mm error in the bending position. Important content should be at least 3mm away from the bending line to avoid folding the content.
For example: The finished product with bending unfolded is 210*180mm

II. Design Warm Tips
- Black and gray
- a. Black text:
- AI/PDF/CDR files: Black text color value C0 M0 Y0 K100,
- JPG files: Black text color value C0 M0 Y0 K100, no stroke color mode multiply, if there is a stroke color mode normal.
- b. Large area black background: C0 M0 Y0 K100, if you want it darker, the recommended color value is C30 M0 Y0 K100;
- c. Gray text and gray background design single color gray, C0 M0 Y0 K (8-90).

售后时效性
收到货物后请及时检查货物是否存在质量问题，并在一个月内提交售后进行处理，超过1个月的售后不予处理，感谢您的理解！
色差问题
- 印刷为CMYK四色胶印，填色时请勿使用RGB模式、专色，不能以屏幕或打印稿的颜色来要求印刷色，在设计时务必参照色谱颜色来制作填色，否则造成的色差不予处理售后。
- 我们将严格按照文件中CMYK色值标准印刷，但同款印刷品不同订单号及不同批次印刷，由于温度、湿度、人工不相同，出现10%左右色差均属于正常，尤其是深蓝色、墨绿色、深紫色、枣红色、棕色、咖啡色、灰色这些属于危险色，色差在5%左右在视觉感观上就会比较明显，尤其是一些大面积实底的和平网，印刷时很容易有墨杠、印刷不均匀、一批多色，此现象无法避免，在此范围内的不予处理售后。
裁切问题
裁切有2毫米误差，有效内容设计距成品边最少3毫米以上（不含出血），尤其是文件四周带色条边框的，会出现裁切不均匀现象，视觉上比较明显，请提前告知客户，在此范围内的不予处理售后。
四色黑字和二维码问题
黑字和二维码请设计成单黑 (K100，CMY为0)，大面积黑色色值 (K100，C30，M0，Y0)，请勿设计四色黑，四色黑会出现粘花和套印不准现象，不按此情况操作的不予处理售后。
文件名与备注问题
订单生产已选择的印刷要求为准，文件名和备注信息不作为制作信息参考，下单务必选择好对应的纸张和工艺,否则造成的损失不予处理售后。
轻微划痕问题
PVC卡需要层压工序才能出来亮面、磨砂、哑光效果。后工生产工序较多且运输会有摩擦，易产生轻微划痕。亮面材质不遮瑕，亮面卡轻微划痕没法避免，不予处理售后。如客户要求较高，推荐做磨砂或哑光材质。
断码和缺号问题
PVC卡生产工艺较多，打码有千分之五的损耗，且机器打码会有跳号偶发情况，故没法保证号码一定完整连续。对于断码情况，不予处理售后。
材质差异问题
PVC属于塑料制品，不同批次材料厚度可能会有2丝左右误差，颜色会略有差异，属正常现象请提前告知客户。厚度大于0.5MM时，卡片需要层压才能成品，受温度、湿度、面料、中料厚度误差等多方因素影响，卡片会有轻微不平整情况，此情况没法避免，不予处理售后。材质属性特殊，成品不保证可二次加印内容，此类问题不予售后。
关于防晒问题
PVC异形卡属于CMYK四色胶印印刷，墨层较薄。紫外线或者雨水对于油墨稳定性会有损害，紫外线强或者雨水多掉色就快一些。如客户对颜色耐晒性有要求，建议客户下单选用防晒油墨，我们使用的防晒油墨防晒等级为6级，防晒油墨的防晒时效一般为1-3月。
关于环测问题
0.32哑光普通料、0.76亮光新料、0.76哑光新料、0.76磨砂新料、1MM亮光新料 、1MM哑光新料、1MM磨砂新料，这几个材质需加中料层压，暂时不支持环保检测。如客户要求高，需达到环测标准，请单独咨询人工核算安排。
关于粘花问题
PVC生产工序较多，会有一定轻微浮灰或粘花概率，尤其亮光材质。对于要求较高的深色或纯色卡，目前还做不到零瑕疵，建议您提前告知客户此情况，合理安排材质和订单。

AI/PDF/CDR文件：黑色文字色值C0 M0 Y0 K100，
JPG文件：黑色文字色值C0 M0 Y0 K100，无描边颜色模式正片叠底，如有描边颜色模式正常。 - b、大面积黑色底色：C0 M0 Y0 K100，如想要更黑推荐色值C30 M0 Y0 K100；
- c、灰色文字和灰色底色设计单色灰，C0 M0 Y0 K (8-90) 。

二维码
二维码是按您设计的文件直接印的不做后工，二维码建议设计单黑且尺寸需≥14mm，如果您的二维码过小或者四色的出来会扫描不了。
二维码四色黑改单黑可以在PSD软件中按下列步骤操作：
使用PSD打开二维码→编辑→转换为配置文件→目标空间，配置文件选择 “自定CMYK”，其他不用更改点确定，弹出来的窗口点确定→自定CMYK，黑版产生选 “最大值” ，油墨总量限制输入 “400” ，点确定→在信息面板看下二维码是不是单黑。（下图是具体设置，可参考一下，可设置成动作方便下次操作）
03、危险色以及设计颜色注意
含C色
C色值多
四色黑
- a、上图列举了部分危险色，这类颜色印刷时会起墨杠，且色差较明显，这些问题属于印刷难以规避的现象，为了保证您能正常交货，请提前告知客户。颜色建议CMYK四色总和≤250。
- b、PVC上CMK四个颜色单个色值8个以上，Y15个以上，如果颜色太浅会导致颜色过浅印不出来颜色。
- c、颜色请设计CMYK四色，不要设计专色和RGB颜色，如果您文件颜色不是CMYK颜色我们直接改颜色会有变化。
- d、一些常见颜色推荐色值：
- 黄色系：C=0，想要颜色深可以加K加深颜色，如您文件里黄色系含C青色，出来会颜色发绿、发乌，例如：C0 M30 Y90 K10
- 蓝色：建议M色值<80，例如：C100 M70 Y0 K0
- 紫色：建议C色值<75，例如：C70 M100 Y0 K0
- 暗红色：C=0，K≤60，例如：C0 M100 Y100 K30
- 深绿色：M=0,K≤60,例如：C100 M0 Y100 K40
- 深蓝色：Y=0，K≤50，例如：C100 M75 Y0 K40
- 深紫色：Y=0，K≤50，例如：C60 M100 Y0 K40
- 咖色：不要CMYK四色都有，例如：C0 M80 Y100 K60
04、为了保证印刷效果，文件建议发矢量文件（CDR/AI）、JPG（JPG图片500分辨率以上）。
