Product Process
PRODUCT PROCESS
Adhesive Backing:
Commonly made with single-sided printing and single-sided adhesive backing, or double-sided printing and single-sided adhesive backing. Cards with double-sided printing and adhesive backing are recommended to use 0.76mm thickness for better results. Strong adhesive, waterproof and oil-resistant, commonly used for table stickers, sliding stickers, signs and reminders, etc. It is recommended to paste the adhesive backing in a clean and dirt-free environment. Because PVC itself has certain toughness, it is recommended to paste it on a smooth, flat and non-bending sticker.
Punching:
Commonly made with round holes of 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, and flat holes of 15*3mm, with the smallest hole being 4mm. If the customer needs holes of other sizes, please indicate the size clearly in the order file. Note that the hole size can only be an integer mm, such as 4mm, and there is no additional charge for punching. Because the hole is small and the PVC card has high toughness, the waste edge cannot be cut off by die-cutting pressure. The shipment defaults to no waste discharge, please be aware.
UV-resistant Ink:
If the card is used outdoors, it is recommended to use UV-resistant ink for better results.
Precautions
PRECAUTIONS
Size Design:
If the product is non-rectangular, a die-cutting line needs to be designed, and 3mm bleed should be added to each side. The content after bleeding needs to be at least 6mm away from the edge. If punching is done, the hole position also needs to be at least 6mm away from the edge and the hole distance from the surrounding text needs to be at least 3mm.
Color Control:
The production file needs to be in CMYK color mode, and spot color printing is not supported. Color adjustment design can be referred to the color spectrum. Default combined printing will have a color difference of about 10%-15%. For black background, it is recommended to design as C30 M0 Y0 K100 or single black, and for gray background, design as single gray. It is not recommended to design a large area of too dark background. The sum of CMYK should be less than 260 to avoid multi-color or color deviation on one card.
Common File Issues:
Vector tracing (CDR/AI), PS, JPG (resolution greater than 500) files. Vector text is recommended to be above 5 points, JPG format is recommended to be above 6 points, black text must be designed as single black, QR code design is above 2CM, single black. When the single side size is less than 80mm, the finished product is prone to interface or die-cutting errors. Please inform the customer in advance according to the customer's situation!
Self-service Ordering:
Please be sure to determine the quantity, material, and post-processing requirements before uploading. If the front and back are the same, please submit the back file together. If there are multiple back files that are the same, only one back file needs to be placed, and the back file is named as the same back. Place the front and back files left and right. If double-sided printing and single-sided adhesive backing are to be done, please select the side that needs adhesive backing and mark it clearly in the file.

售后时效性
收到货物后请及时检查货物是否存在质量问题，并在一个月内提交售后进行处理，超过1个月的售后不予处理，感谢您的理解！
色差问题
- 印刷为CMYK四色胶印，填色时请勿使用RGB模式、专色，不能以屏幕或打印稿的颜色来要求印刷色，在设计时务必参照色谱颜色来制作填色，否则造成的色差不予处理售后。
- 我们将严格按照文件中CMYK色值标准印刷，但同款印刷品不同订单号及不同批次印刷，由于温度、湿度、人工不相同，出现10%左右色差均属于正常，尤其是深蓝色、墨绿色、深紫色、枣红色、棕色、咖啡色、灰色这些属于危险色，色差在5%左右在视觉感观上就会比较明显，尤其是一些大面积实底的和平网，印刷时很容易有墨杠、印刷不均匀、一批多色，此现象无法避免，在此范围内的不予处理售后。
裁切问题
裁切有2毫米误差，有效内容设计距成品边最少3毫米以上（不含出血），尤其是文件四周带色条边框的，会出现裁切不均匀现象，视觉上比较明显，请提前告知客户，在此范围内的不予处理售后。
四色黑字和二维码问题
黑字和二维码请设计成单黑 (K100，CMY为0)，大面积黑色色值 (K100，C30，M0，Y0)，请勿设计四色黑，四色黑会出现粘花和套印不准现象，不按此情况操作的不予处理售后。
文件名与备注问题
订单生产已选择的印刷要求为准，文件名和备注信息不作为制作信息参考，下单务必选择好对应的纸张和工艺,否则造成的损失不予处理售后。
轻微划痕问题
PVC卡需要层压工序才能出来亮面、磨砂、哑光效果。后工生产工序较多且运输会有摩擦，易产生轻微划痕。亮面材质不遮瑕，亮面卡轻微划痕没法避免，不予处理售后。如客户要求较高，推荐做磨砂或哑光材质。
断码和缺号问题
PVC卡生产工艺较多，打码有千分之五的损耗，且机器打码会有跳号偶发情况，故没法保证号码一定完整连续。对于断码情况，不予处理售后。
材质差异问题
PVC属于塑料制品，不同批次材料厚度可能会有2丝左右误差，颜色会略有差异，属正常现象请提前告知客户。厚度大于0.5MM时，卡片需要层压才能成品，受温度、湿度、面料、中料厚度误差等多方因素影响，卡片会有轻微不平整情况，此情况没法避免，不予处理售后。材质属性特殊，成品不保证可二次加印内容，此类问题不予售后。
关于防晒问题
PVC异形卡属于CMYK四色胶印印刷，墨层较薄。紫外线或者雨水对于油墨稳定性会有损害，紫外线强或者雨水多掉色就快一些。如客户对颜色耐晒性有要求，建议客户下单选用防晒油墨，我们使用的防晒油墨防晒等级为6级，防晒油墨的防晒时效一般为1-3月。
关于环测问题
0.32哑光普通料、0.76亮光新料、0.76哑光新料、0.76磨砂新料、1MM亮光新料 、1MM哑光新料、1MM磨砂新料，这几个材质需加中料层压，暂时不支持环保检测。如客户要求高，需达到环测标准，请单独咨询人工核算安排。
关于粘花问题
PVC生产工序较多，会有一定轻微浮灰或粘花概率，尤其亮光材质。对于要求较高的深色或纯色卡，目前还做不到零瑕疵，建议您提前告知客户此情况，合理安排材质和订单。
PVC Category - PVC Adhesive Backing Sticker Ordering Instructions
Dear Customer:
PVC adhesive backing stickers are processed automatically. To improve efficiency for both of us, please abide by the following rules!
I. Design Size
The finished product size needs to be registered when placing an order. The effective content needs to be at least 3mm away from the finished product edge, and 3mm bleed should be added to each side. After bleeding, the effective content needs to be at least 6mm away from the edge.
II. Double-sided Adhesive Backing Standard
Please be sure to mark the adhesive side in the file or upload an adhesive diagram if double-sided adhesive backing is required.

III. Adhesive Backing Types and Differences
- Ordinary adhesive is suitable for single-sided printing and single-sided adhesive backing. It has strong adhesion, is cost-effective, and can be applied in most scenarios.
- High-transparency oil adhesive is suitable for double-sided printing adhesive backing selection. It has better transparency and stronger adhesion, and can better show the color effect of the printed content.
- 3M adhesive can be used for adhesive backing in the above two scenarios. It is a well-known brand and has better effect (corresponding price is slightly higher than the previous two, please choose according to needs.)

The 3M adhesive will be thicker than the ordinary adhesive when pasted on the same card.
Note: To avoid adhesive effect, please make sure the pasting area is clean, flat, smooth, (not suitable for pasting on rough or curved pictures), and dry before use.
IV. Front and Back Relationship Standard
- If the front and back are the same, a copy of the file needs to be made and ensure that the front and back shapes are symmetrical;
- Pay attention to the symmetry of the front and back shapes for double-sided printing.
